This gear differential set has been designed to adapt to model transmission boxes GRK3 And GRK Global Series.

It offers great flexibility thanks to:

• 2 types of toothed crowns Included.

• 3 types of cardan to allow use with conical gables ranging from 10t at 18t.

Precautions during installation:

1. Interference with screws:

• On models using button screws to fix the conical gable (standard on the GRK global series), these screws can interfere with the differential housing.

• Solution : Replace the standard screws with flat screws R31W251 M2.6 × 5mm.

Models GRK4 And GRK5 Already use flat screws as standard, so no replacement is necessary.

2. Adjustment of games between gears:

• Specific slices and holds are necessary for a specific adjustment:

• [R31M135] 10x1mm washer

• [R31M023 or R31M033] Shim 10 × 0.1mm

3. Use with 14T conical gable (R31S069):

• For a combination with a conical gable 14T, it is recommended to use a crown of 16T at 18t.

• Although it is possible to install it with a crown 10T at 12t, this is not recommended because a correct adjustment of the gear game (backlash) cannot be made.
