Tips on cleaning and lubricating ball bearings (RC bearing tips)

Tips for handling new ball bearings: Most RC racers will clean the grease off new ball bearings and apply ball bearing oil to them. (i.e., the oil/lubricant for high-speed bearings Yeah Racing #YA-0215). As re-oiling the ball bearing allows RC cars to run smoother and makes the bearings more durable.

Tips for maintaining old ball bearings: by removing the old bearing oil, it will reduce friction in the bearing, which will make the RC car faster. Below are some tips for cleaning ball bearings.
