This rigid metal axle set is designed to be compatible with standard bevel gears 16T or acceleration gears 17T/18T.

Replacing resin components with metal parts (solid cup and solid housing) provides increased resistance to rotation and high loads, thus meeting the requirements of high-performance drift machines.

For the crown gear, use the [R31W212] One-Way & Rigid Crown Gear.

By combining this set with the [R31W243] Gear Spacer Kit (sold separately), you can use our 17T and 18T acceleration bevel gears for Ketsukaki settings.

For the crown, use the [R31W212] One-Way & Rigide crown.

By combining this set with the [R31W243] Kit of spacing for gears (sold separately), you can use our conical acceleration gables of 17T and 18T for settings Ketsukaki.

Compatible chassis:

Configuration of compatible gears and necessary spacers:

• 16T standard → 0 spacer

• 17T Acceleration → 1 spacer

• 18t Acceleration → 2 spacers

Remarks :

• Final adjustment of the required backlash.

• For a rigid axis compatible with conical deceleration gables, opt for the [R31W270] GRK rigid axis set (for deceleration gears).

• Prepare a set of wedges (Shim) with an interior diameter of 10mm To adjust the game between the transmission housing and the bearing as well as the final backlash.
