High Precision Titanium Ball Joint - REVE D ball joint (size M) from the SPM series (Super Precision Machine Cut) in titanium. The lightweight/high stiffness titanium is applied to the high precision cutting process to produce a ball joint of 4.3 mm (size M) which is suitable for the YD-2 series and other very popular cars. The movement of the joint is smoothed by a high precision ball treatment, and a significant increase in performance can be expected due to its lightness. Product specifications

La RT-006MA de Rêve D est une rotule issue de la gamme SPM (Super Precision Machine Cut) en taille M, conçue pour offrir un équilibre optimal entre portée, rigidité et précision mécanique.

Fabriquée en titane haute rigidité, elle permet de réduire les masses tout en garantissant une excellente résistance aux contraintes, notamment sur les zones sollicitées comme les bras supérieurs ou la direction.

Grâce à son usinage ultra précis, la bille Φ4.3 mm offre un mouvement extrêmement fluide, limitant les frictions et améliorant la constance du comportement du châssis.

Avec un filetage d’environ 6 mm, cette version M offre plus de portée que la version standard, ce qui permet d’ajuster plus finement la géométrie (hauteur de pivot, Ackermann, roll center) sans recourir à des empilements de spacers.
