This is a battery mount conversion to change the battery mounting from the MD1.0 to an inline mounting.

When the car has a certain degree of grip, the inline battery mounting (in the front-back direction of the chassis) removes the chassis roll, allowing for a cleaner movement when transitioning to an acceleration position after exiting a turn or during a turn. Moreover, the front load is slightly increased, which allows the car to steer better in turns and offers a high degree of control.
