RWD knuckle stoppers 3.5 mm

RD-003-35 - Steering Stop Spacers rwd 3.5 mm - REVE D

Adjust the steering angle without interrupting the suspension movement!

Aluminum cap Aluminum3.0mm / Ø3.5mm for RD-001 ASL Front Knuckle is now available!

RWD derived cars generally use a knuckle stop (steering stop) to adjust the maximum steering angle, but to maximize the steering angle, many people use M3 adjustment screws.

Even with the M3 adjustment screw, the function of the stop works, but the surface of the screw hinders the suspension movement at the maximum steering angle.

This is where it comes into play!

Unlike the M3 adjustment screw, the surface does not have irregularities, so it does not hinder the suspension movement even at the maximum steering angle.

Moreover, as it is made of lightweight aluminum, it is also effective in reducing weight by replacing an iron adjustment screw.

The range consists of a piece with a diameter of Ø3.0 mm and Ø3.5 mm.

In addition to Ø3.0 mm which achieves the maximum steering angle, Ø3.5 mm which is an option when you want to slightly control the steering angle is prepared.

Ø3.5 mm is effective when the Ø4.0 mm commercially available has an insufficient steering angle and Ø3.0 mm has too much angle!

If you are currently using an M3 adjustment screw as a stop or if you want to increase the steering angle more than a Ø4.0 mm stop, please try it.
