Apply the 4030 intermediate varnish to the Auto Air 4600 Candy₂o series as well as the ranges of metal colors and Pearlized to avoid traces of adhesive tape. The 4030 Intercoat is also effective as a protective layer on Wicked colors and Createx illustrations.

To prevent paint flows, call 4030 Intercoat.

For a mixture with Auto Candy₂o, the 4030 Intercoat must represent 10% of the total volume. If a less thick consistency is desired, you can dilute it more with the 4012 High Performance Reducer.

The 4030 Intercoat is a polyurethane resin soluble in water that mixes harmoniously with all Auto Air colors, Wicked Colors and Createx illustrations to form a more durable coating once dry. When it is directly incorporated into the colors, the 4030 acts as a "diluent" thus improving the spraying and the formation of a more resistant coating, less sensitive to humidity and touch once dry.

Compared to the 4004, the 4030 Intercoat offers a more precise and transparent coating while being more resistant and durable.

It is not recommended to use the 4030 Intercoat as a final varnish.

The Createx 4030 Intercoat is a polyurethane resin soluble in water which can be used as a performance additive with all Createx colors to improve the sustainability and resistance of the paint. Here are some tips for its use:

1. Preparation of painting: Start by mixing the paint well and the 4030 Intercoat. A 10% ratio of 4030 intercoat per volume is often recommended to start.
2. Dilution: If you want a less viscous consistency for the airbrush, the mixture can be more diluted with the 4012 High Performance Reducer.
3. Test : Always test on a test surface before applying it to your final project. This will allow you to verify that the consistency is correct and that the paint adheres well to the surface.
4. Application : Apply paint as you would normally. The 4030 Intercoat can help avoid drips and strip brands.
5. Drying: Let the paint dry completely. Once dry, the 4030 Intercoat makes paint more resistant and durable.
6. Cleaning: After use, be sure to clean your airbrush correctly to prevent the paint from drying inside.
