Lightweight V1 knuckles

A new front knuckle dedicated to RWD setups has been developed by SHIBATA, using optimized geometry resulting from numerous real-world tests on different tracks.

• Front-end performance optimization: Adoption of 1050 bearings for even more precise front-end guidance (*1).

• Increased lightness: Compared with the standard multi-angle knuckle (R31S300), removing complex structures significantly reduces the weight of the knuckle body.

• Extended compatibility and improved steering angle: When combined with the lightweight friction stopper (R31S332) released at the same time, expect a greater steering angle and even better weight management.

• Required bearings : Please prepare 4 front bearings in 1050 size with a thickness of 4 mm (*1).

• Recommendation : If these bearings are not available in the SHIBATA catalog, use compatible models offered by other manufacturers.
