4.3 mm Lower Shock Adapters Size M

Kit of four adapters specially designed for use on type shock absorbers TOPLINE or compatible TRF, allowing the installation of a ball joint (pillow ball) 4.3mm. The lower shock absorber end cap is suitable for spring cups with an internal diameter of 7mm. Note that the upper part and the tip are not not identical to the original parts Tamiya, it is therefore essential to check the exact size of the patella before assembly.

This adapter makes the shock absorber-chassis connection more reliable in a setup RC drift demanding, in particular by optimizing the precision of the lower attachment and minimizing the play which could affect the camber, the toe or the roll center.

The correct choice of the lower adapter guarantees clearance-free fixing of the shock absorber on the chassis, a crucial element for stable sliding behavior (drift). As this part is dedicated to a specific ball joint diameter and the end piece does not necessarily correspond to the standards Tamiya, it is recommended to check the alignment with the lower arm, the upper arm, the fixings and the trajectory of the shock absorber (axis, inclination). Incorrect assembly could cause lateral or vertical play, deteriorating the feel of the drift.
